Cavity Cancellation Policy

As a cozy, intimate space of 9 seats, even one empty seat can be difficult to absorb, so here’s how changes to your reservation are possible:

More than 72 hours before your booking:

Your plans changed? No worries! Your advance will fly straight back to you as a full refund.

Within 72 hours of your booking:

At this point, while we can’t refund the advance, we’ll happily help your reservation migrate to another available date.

Within 48 hours of your booking

Once the cavity is set and preparations are underway, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling.
