Cavity hosts curated tastings, chef- bartender collaborations, limited-edition menus, workshops, and private experiences that go beyond the everyday bar visit. Each experience is carefully designed, often experimental, and always rooted in narrative.
At the centre of Cavity’s opening chapter is a signature guided cocktail tasting experience, helmed by Co-Founder Jeet Rana and Chirag Pal alongside Co-Founder and Chef Amninder Sandhu. The menu has been collaboratively designed so that cocktails and cuisine evolve together in a seamless progression.
The space itself is fluid, shifting with
each concept it holds. One evening might explore a forgotten Indian spirit,
another might dive into regional fermentations, while yet another
becomes a playground for off-menu
cocktails and culinary ideas.
Nothing here is permanent
