At the centre of The Nest is the cocktail menu that has fourteen original creations split between founders Jeet Rana and Chirag Pal. Each drink is a chapter from their journey, inspired by places they’ve travelled, bars they’ve grown up in, and memories that stayed with them. Jeet’s cocktails are playful, punchy, and full of mischief, while Chirag’s are smooth, introspective, and quietly dramatic. Beyond the signatures, The Nest also hosts Bird’s Eye View- a rotating micro-menu that explores lesser-seen Indian regions through hyper-local ingredients and storytelling.
